Technical requirements
Designed in accordance with the technical requirements of CAAC’s Technical Requirements for Airport and Heliport Aerodrome Beacon(AC-137-CA-2015-11) and Annex 14 of ICAO, including but not limited to the following requirements.
1.The aerodrome beacon shall show either coloured flashes alternating with white flashes, or white flashes only.
2.Where used, the coloured flashes emitted by beacons at land aerodromes shall be green, and coloured flashes emitted by beacons at water aerodromes shall be yellow.
3.The beacon should be designed as a rotating beacon with a constant light source, or a non-rotating beacon with a flashing light source.
